Friends of All Saints

Let it be known to all who enter here that Christ is the reason for this school.

The unseen, but ever present teacher in its classes,

the model of its faculty, the inspiration of its students.

All Saints School has been educating students for over 50 years.  Due to the generous support of hundreds of school families, parish members, and community members over the years, All Saints School continues the proud tradition of integrating faith and education to every student who enters our doors.  Our graduates take with them a firm foundation of themselves, rooted in their Catholic faith, and ready to take on the challenges offered to them at the high school level, and the years beyond.

Our school facilities have been recently updated and huge strides have been made in the technology installed and used at All Saints School.  All of these improvements could not have occurred without the generous donations of time, talent, and stewardship of so many dedicated believers of All Saints School.

To help continue this tradition of excellence of education, we would like to ask you to become a  Friend of All Saints School.  Giving should be from the heart and because you believe in the long term viability and mission of All Saints School.  It is also  a very personal decision and impacts families differently.  Only you can decide what you are able to give.  Sharing your treasure with All Saints shows that you embrace our mission and reflects the love and faith you have in our community.

For any support, we are truly grateful!

Donations can be sent to All Saints School, P.O. Box 787, Denmark, WI 54208.  If you would like to speak with someone regarding sharing your time or talents, please phone the school office at 920-863-2449.

About Us

Greetings from All Saints School!

Thank you for the opportunity of introducing All Saints School to you. Many of you may be familiar with our school, situated in the Village of Denmark, Wisconsin. We have been educating the youth of our area since 1958, giving a strong educational foundation to hundreds of students. With our excellent educators, All Saints School provides for the intellectual, physical, emotional, moral, spiritual and social needs of our students.

All Saints School is accredited through the Wisconsin Religious and Independent Schools Accreditation(WRISA). To maintain accreditation, schools must conduct a self-study and host a visiting team every seven years. Schools must submit an Annual Report with an updated Long-Range Plan Form, as well as show compliance with WRISA. They must also demonstrate a continued commitment to school improvement. All Saints School has been recognized for the high standards we have achieved and the school improvements we continue to demonstrate.

Recently a new addition was completed on our school. The addition included a spacious media center, activity center, as well as handicapped bathrooms and additional storage area. The media center is home to an expanded library and computer lab. The activity center serves as a gymnasium and auditorium.

All Saints School educates students entering kindergarten through eighth grade. Each grade receives instruction in math, science, English, reading, social studies, music, physical education, art, and computer. Spanish is offered to our K-8th grade students and band is offered to the 6th-8th grade students of All Saints School by the Denmark School District. Religion is taught in each classroom, and the students plan and participate in weekly liturgies.

All Saints School is located within the Denmark School District. Our students are bused by the Denmark School District buses. Our enrollment is open to all students, regardless of parish membership or faith affiliation.

We would like to extend an invitation to visit our school. We welcome the opportunity to give a personal tour. Though All Saints School is the only Catholic grade school in the Denmark School District, our enrollment is open to all students, regardless of parish membership.  Tuition assistance is also available.

We hope that you will consider All Saints School for the total intellectual and spiritual Catholic education of your children.

Sincerely,

All Saints School

History

All Saints School was built in 1958.  The land for the school was purchased by Louis Kriwanek and Charles Rasmussen.  The following sisters from Bay Settlement started at the school.  The sisters were members of St. Francis of the Holy Cross:

  • Sister Juliana, Principal (Grades 7-8)
  • Sister Lucy (Grades 5-6)
  • Sister Elizabeth (Grades 3-4)
  • Sister Theophane (Grades 1-2)

Mrs. Dolores Loberger was also called to serve as one of the first lay teachers of the school.  She taught for eight years and had forty-nine students in her third and fourth grade class!  Mrs. Loberger remembers that the students attended mass every morning.  Father Dionne came in once a week to teach Religion.  Mrs. Loberger was also the very first teacher at All Saints to have a radio in her classroom.  The radio was built by one of her own students, Jim Lacenski!

Mrs. Loberger has cherished her eight years in Catholic education.  She believes that many aspects are gained by attending a parochial school, including the fact that students will gain a lifelong learning of Christian values.  She also believes that education and faith go hand in hand.

Kindergarten was added to All Saints School in the school year of 2002-2003.  Four year old kindergarten was added in 2005-2006.   Many "Specials" were added to the school day to provide the students with extra opportunities.  Music class was added in the 1990-1991 school year, Spanish in the 1991-1992 school year, and Technology in the 2002-2003 school year.

In 2003, a new addition was completed on our school.  The addition included a spacious media center, activity center, as well as handicapped bathrooms and additional storage area.  The media center is home to an expanded library and computer lab.  A memorial donation was made in honor of Jolene Stedl, wife of Tim Stedl, who was killed in a car accident.  The Media Center bears her name in the etching above the door.  The activity center serves as a gymnasium and auditorium.

School Prayer

All Saints School Prayer

Dear God,

Please help us all as students of All Saints School now and throughout the year.  We are thankful for the kind teachers who help us grow in our faith and knowledge.  We are grateful for our parents who sacrifice so that we can have a Catholic education.  Please bless all who are part of our school, especially our students, teachers, and principal for now and into the future.  Amen

The Our Father

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen

Hail, Mary! Full of grace, The Lord is with thee, Blessed are thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now, and at the hour of our death. Amen
