Power of Attorney For Health Care

Adversity and illness know no age.  Anyone at anytime can find themselves in a situation the never envisioned would happen to them. That’s why it is so important to plan ahead so that if that day would ever come you and your loved ones are prepared for it. Now is the time, while you are still able to express your wishes, to have a conversation with your loves ones as to what your expectations would be for your care and from your loved ones in the event that you are unable to make medical decisions for yourself. That’s why everyone, regardless of their age or overall health, should have on file the document called "Power of Attorney for Health Care". Sister Gerri has years of experience in assisting people with completing this document. She is available to assist our parishioners and their families with the FREE process. If you or your family have any questions regarding Power of Attorney for Health Care, Advanced Directives, or Living Wills, or if you are ready to begin completing this important document, please call the parish office to contact Sister Gerri.

The Our Father

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen

Hail Mary

Hail, Mary! Full of grace, The Lord is with thee, Blessed are thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now, and at the hour of our death. Amen

Glory Be

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen
